南風原にある作業所さんで子豚から育てた豚さんがお肉になっているのを知っていますか？

なかなか市場に出回らないので、口にすることも少ないかもしれません！
「キナリカフェ」では、伸び伸びと育ったはえばる豚を使ったメニューを作りました。

自家製の塩麴を使って漬け込み、低温調理をして、ご注文を頂いてからローストするという方法でお出ししています。
