I' ve been looking only forward...,

I've been hospitalized twice for overworking and collapsing from exhaustion.

I've blamed others. (And a lot of them.)
I'm forgetting all those things nowadays.
Every day, some things happen, and some decisions are made.

I suddenly hear from others how good my products are,
I was told how good my products are, and I thought or “Your ideas are interesting!

Strengths,” ‘uniqueness,’ and ‘added value’ are more
We need to make more efforts to keep our strengths, uniqueness, added value, etc., as our company's characteristics.
It may be a dangerous tendency to become so commonplace that it becomes like air.
We need to share our company's value and uniqueness more and more with our staff.
I want to always share our values and uniqueness with our staff.
But that requires an "objective point of view.
Going out of the prefecture or venturing overseas, as I did this time, can lead to this.
It's nice to look at things from a slightly different perspective.
