はっぴーファームのカレンデュラ が満開です
Calendula is in full bloom in my farm.


暖かくなってどんどん咲きます
Warmer weather and more and more blooms.


生の花弁（花びら）は「キナリカフェ」で

サラダやデザートに。

Calendula petals are used in salads and desserts at cafes.



そして、その花びらを使ってカレンデュラオイルや
カレンデュラチンキ を作ります。

The petals are then used to make calendula oil and
calendula tincture.



とても簡単なので自分でも作れるように、
ミニセミナーを開催したいと思います。
